Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items
Personalised or customised products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Alslyn will cover the return shipping costs.
For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
